CLEANING
We love wool rugs because they're easy to clean with just hot water. However, we stand by "Kids n Pets" product which is gentle enough for your oushak but tough enough to take out any stains. Please do not use any other product on your oushak as it could take out the dyes. If your stain is larger than spot treatment we recommend that you use a professional clean company like Spotbusters.

CREASES
When you receive your hand knotted rug, there will be creases. Those creases will fall out overtime over the next few weeks and take nurturing. Do the shuffle across the creases.
We recommend that you purchase a 1/4 inch felt rug pad for all of your hand knotted rugs. This will increase the longevity of your item and also give you extra protection between your furniture and floors. Not to mention... a whole extra layer of cozy!
